These units are AC powered with built in amplifier & can be connected directly to extension of any model EPABX. The smart clean room phone comes with one auto dial button and 4 X3 matrix standard keypad. Smart clean room phones have a true handsfree operation with programmable auto activation or manual activation and deactivation modes.
The front overlay is resistant to most cleaning liquids & solvents. However, concentrated minerals, concentrated caustic solution, high pressure steam , alcohol benzyn, and methylene chloride are a few solvents to be avoided.

The clean room scanner is designed for minimum cabling & easy flush mounting in Modular Wall or Brick Walls of Clean Rooms. The sensors for all 2 parameters can be any sensors with industry standard 0-10 V.D.C. or 4-20mA Output.
The inputs in the Smart Process Scanner are user selectable between 4-20mA or 0-10 V.D.C. analog with range programmability for each of the 2 parameters. Sensors from Siemens, Honeywell, Trane, Sauter , Greystone, Dwyer, etc. can be directly connected to the instrument with minimum effort.
Additional features include integrated buzzer alarm for parameter violation indication with acknowledgment key, individual LED for process violation and isolated RS 485 modbus communication.The instruments find immense use in pharma clean rooms, APIs, bulk drugs, electronic hardware manufacturing plants, test plants, green houses, etc. Easy integration to building management systems (BMS) & SCADA interfacing allow easy set up & great control.

The Ace Instruments clean room monitor is designed to measure the vital parameters of temperature, humidity and differential pressure in pharma clean room applications. The clean room monitor Model AI-CRM1-1 is designed for minimum cabling and easy flush mounting in modular wall panels or brick walls of clean rooms.
The sensors for all 3 parameters are integrated inside for ease of use & installation. The combination humidity & temperature sensor is flushed to the front stainless steel plate & the differential pressure is built-in with hose nipple connections at the rear for +ve & -ve pressure connections.
Additional features in the Pharma Clean Room Monitors include stand out features like integrated buzzer alarm for individual parameter violation alert, individual high & low alarm LED for process violation visual alert & RS 485 modbus Communication for easy integration to BMS/SCADA/EMS.
